1. Professionalism & Behaviour Standards
Yoi Media LLP expects all employees to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and ethical behavior in every interaction—internal or external.
Employees must maintain honesty, punctuality, and accountability while representing the company.
Use of offensive language, workplace violence, or any action that harms the company’s image will result in disciplinary action.
All employees are expected to maintain a solution-oriented attitude and act in the best interest of the organization and its clients.


2. Respect, Integrity & Non-Discrimination
Yoi Media values diversity and inclusion. Every individual, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, or background, must be treated with dignity and fairness.
Discrimination, favoritism, or bias of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Integrity must guide all actions—employees are expected to be transparent in their work, maintain confidentiality, and avoid conflicts of interest.
3. Dress Code & Office Decorum
Employees should maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance that aligns with Yoi Media’s culture of creativity and professionalism.
Weekdays: Smart casuals are acceptable.
Client Meetings / Events: Formal or business attire is mandatory.
Workstations and shared spaces should be kept tidy. Loud conversations, disruptive music, or misuse of office resources is not permitted during working hours.


4. Anti-Harassment & Equal Opportunity Policy
Yoi Media LLP upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment—sexual, verbal, or emotional.
All employees have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment.
Complaints can be confidentially submitted to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) or the HR Department.
The company promotes equal opportunity in recruitment, training, and advancement based solely on merit, performance, and attitude.
5. Whistleblower & Reporting Mechanism
Yoi Media encourages employees to report any unethical, illegal, or unprofessional conduct without fear of retaliation.
Reports may include misconduct, fraud, harassment, or policy violations.
Employees can report concerns confidentially to HR or directly to senior management.
The identity of whistleblowers will be protected, and all investigations will be handled with fairness and discretion.
False or malicious reports, however, will lead to disciplinary action.
