This policy defines the terms and conditions governing interns and contractual employees at YOI Media LLP. It ensures clarity regarding duration, expectations, performance evaluation, and future opportunities.


Applicability
This policy applies to all interns and contractual employees engaged with YOI Media LLP across departments.




Duration of Internship / Contract
Standard internship/contract period is 2 months.
Based on performance and business requirement, the internship/contract may be extended for a maximum of 1 additional month (total 3 months).
No further extension beyond 3 months will be allowed under internship/contractual terms.
Interns/contractual employees will be assigned specific deliverables, targets, or projects at the start of their engagement.
Performance will be reviewed in a timely manner by the reporting manager, based on progress and organizational requirements.
Continuation, extension, or conversion to a permanent role depends strictly on:
Achievement of agreed targets and outcomes
Skill development and learning attitude demonstrated during the internship
Business requirement and available positions
Performance & Targets






Hiring & Conversion to Full-Time
Stipend & Remuneration Discussions
Compliance
Successful completion of internship/contract does not guarantee full-time employment.
Candidates may be considered for hiring based on:
Business need at the time of completion
Performance evaluation results
Cultural and talent fit with the organization
Selected candidates may receive an offer of employment with revised terms, salary, and benefits as applicable to full-time employees.
Stipend/allowances, if applicable, will be communicated in the offer letter.
Interns and contractual employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in discussions regarding:
Remuneration (stipend, allowances, or pay)
Salary of other employees
Company financial or confidential matters
Any violation of this clause will be treated as misconduct and may result in termination.
Interns/contractual employees are required to follow all company policies including attendance, workplace discipline, mobile usage restrictions, confidentiality, and data security.
Any violation may lead to termination of internship/contract with immediate effect.
