Salary, Benefits & Performance
At YOI Media, every milestone, every innovation, and every contribution matters — because we believe performance deserves recognition and growth deserves reward.
1. Salary Structure & Statutory Deductions
Our salary structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and performance-driven.
Salaries are credited on the last working day of each month.
Statutory deductions — PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax — are processed as per Indian labor laws.
Employees who successfully complete probation are eligible for statutory benefits like gratuity and PF.
Additional project-based or incentive pay may apply for high-impact contributions.
Our principle: Clarity first. Every rupee earned is documented, traceable, and timely.

2. Benefits & Incentives
We go beyond the paycheck — because people matter more than policies.
Performance Bonuses: Awarded quarterly for exceptional campaign or client results.
Incentives: Creative and sales departments receive ROI-based incentives tied to client success.
Recognition Programs: Monthly “YOI Star” awards for innovation and team spirit.
Well-being Perks: Paid leaves, flexible scheduling (on approval), and access to professional training sessions.

3. Performance Review & Appraisals
We don’t believe in annual surprises — we believe in continuous growth tracking.
Reviews are conducted every six months to measure creativity, productivity, teamwork, and innovation.
Appraisals are based on a balanced scorecard: quality of work, initiative, collaboration, and adherence to company values.
Constructive feedback sessions help employees set new professional milestones.

4. Career Growth & Promotions
We promote leaders, not titles.
Clear career progression pathways are defined for each department.
Employees demonstrating consistent performance and leadership may receive promotions or project leadership opportunities.
Cross-departmental skill development (e.g., creative + analytics or design + strategy) is highly encouraged.
Growth is measured by impact, learning agility, and cultural contribution — not just tenure.

5. Remuneration Discussion Guidelines (Confidentiality)
To maintain professionalism and fairness:
Salary and incentive details are strictly confidential between the employee and management.
Public or peer discussions regarding pay packages are discouraged to maintain team harmony.
HR ensures periodic benchmarking to keep compensation aligned with industry standards.
