Creating a Focused, Respectful, and Productive Environment

1. Mobile Phone Usage Restrictions

Personal mobile phone use during working hours is strictly limited to emergencies.

  • Mobile phones must be kept on silent or vibration mode within the office premises.

  • Frequent calls, video chats, or personal browsing during work hours are discouraged.

  • Unauthorized photography, recording, or content sharing from office spaces is prohibitedctful, and Productive Environment

2. Use During Breaks & Authorized Areas

We understand the need to stay connected — responsibly.

  • Employees may use mobile devices only during official breaks (lunch or designated short breaks).

  • Calls and social media use should be restricted to cafeteria, lounge, or outdoor zones, not at workstations.

  • Headphones are allowed during work hours only if they don’t affect team communication or collaboration.

3. Recording & Wi-Fi Access Rules

Protecting company data and privacy is a shared responsibility.

  • Recording (audio/video) of meetings, clients, or team members requires prior written approval from the management.

  • Company Wi-Fi is provided strictly for professional use (work emails, research, campaign monitoring, etc.).

  • Downloading heavy or unauthorized files, streaming entertainment content, or accessing personal social media on company networks is strictly prohibited.

  • IT Team actively monitors network activity for compliance and security.

4. Disciplinary Actions for Violations

To maintain order and fairness, violations of workplace discipline or mobile policies will result in appropriate action:

  • First Instance: Verbal or written warning by the reporting manager.

  • Repeated Violations: Deduction of one day’s salary or suspension (based on severity).

  • Severe Misconduct (data breach, harassment, or content sharing): Immediate termination and legal action if required.

5. Substance Use & Behavioural Conduct

Professionalism begins with discipline — both mental and physical.

  • Use or possession of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco within company premises is strictly prohibited.

  • Employees must not report to work under the influence of any intoxicating substances.

  • Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times — verbal abuse, aggression, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • Violations will lead to immediate disciplinary review and may result in suspension or termination.
